Milster “Mel” J. Rudloff, 94, of Leasburg, Missouri passed away Monday, March 5, 2018 at Cuba Manor in Cuba, Missouri.

Mel was born on September 6, 1923, the youngest of 13 children, born to the late John William and Elizabeth (Cambron) Rudloff in Ste. Genevieve County, Missouri. He was a member of the Cement Mason’s Local #527 for 68 years and was proud of all the projects he worked on, including the original Busch Stadium. Mel was united in marriage to Velma Powers and to this union, five children were born: Cambron, Christopher, Lori, Stacy and Danielle. He loved his family, the St. Louis Cardinals, the river, fishing and hunting and all of his buddies… in that order. Mel lived a full and happy life and was very loved. He will be missed by all.

Mel is survived by his children, Cambron Boudria, Lori Billings, Stacy Tinker and husband Jay and Danielle Ray; 12 grandchildren, David Everingham, Kyle Lunsford, Stevie and Griffin Tinker, Casey, Alex and Brett Rudloff, Benjamin Billings, Destiny Mayberry, Hannah, Josh and Nathan Goestenkors and Kyle Tinker; 7 great grandchildren, Ivy and Lucy Everingham, Charlie and Mickey Lunsford, Samuel Meyer, Heath and Vivian Rudloff; special friends, Richard Shafferkoetter and Sue Reger.

Mel was preceded in death by his wife, Velma Rudloff; his son, Christopher Rudloff; and parents, John W. and Elizabeth (Cambron) Rudloff.

It was Mel’s wish to be cremated. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.

All arrangements were under the care of the Eaton Funeral Home of Sullivan and Bourbon, Missouri.
